Spiritual Growth
ICM is a strategic ministry with a global and eternal impact. We have the chance to build relationships with people that God has brought to WMU from around the world at a time in their life when they are determining their identity and vocation in the world. We have the opportunity to point to Jesus as the source of that identity and view their vocations in the light of the calling God has placed on our lives.

While this witness is woven into everything ICM does, we do have intentional times and environments where we focus more specifically on our faith.
One on One
Over coffee, on a walk, before a workout in the rec center, even while shopping for the luncheon - these are all settings for discipleship and deep conversation about God and life.
Leadership Development
ICM invests in leaders who will use their gifts in whatever context they find themselves after they leave WMU. This takes the form of interns and a leadership team.
Bible Study and Worship
We study the Bible with students in different settings, often including a meal or a time of global worship. Staff has also read through the gospels with students to explore the person and work of Jesus.
